The biggest challenge for this gadget is the battery life, you got no room to put batteries for the watch or charging the earphones, just a gimmick.

That is a considerably large watch. Yes maybe similar to Apple Watch Ultra, but that’s big too. I’d also wonder if this affects waterproofing. That’s a big deal on watches just for the act of washing your hands.
