Know your meme: Craig the Brute refers to a meme that started spreading after demoing Halo Infinite during the Xbox Games demo in July 2020. After taking a screenshot of a regular Brute, a Facebook user shared an image with the words, “We call this dude Craig, as you say, idc.” Craig then became famous for having countless netizens post countless more memes depicting the creature and taunting the less than flattering graphics.
Microsoft and 343 Industries have embraced the Craig the Brute phenomenon. promising putting Craig’s Easter eggs in Halo Infinite, and reviewers just found one. YouTuber Mint Blitz posted a video on his YouTube channel showing how to find the first of Craig’s supposedly many Easter eggs in Halo Infinite.

If you don’t want to ruin your Easter egg hunt, stop reading and watch the video below.
Blitz notes that finding an Easter egg is not easy. It’s located atop a giant tower in the fourth mission of the campaign, and you’ll need an improved grab with a 40% cooldown reduction to get to the top of the building.
Once you reach the top, you will find that Craig is a rock star in the Halo Universe. Some equipment has a concert poster glued to it that reads “Craig Zeta Halo Tour 2560” followed by dates and locations of the concerts.
Nearby on the ground lies the “Greatest Hits” album cover with the original image of the meme. Flip it over and you’ll see a list of all of Craig’s greatest hits, including memorable tracks such as I’m Craig in Your Heart, Got in the Chin by My Friend, I Can’t Grow a Beard. ” I’m famous ”and, of course,“ The day you became a meme ”.
While the multiplayer open beta launched earlier this week, Halo Infinite’s solo campaign won’t be out until December 8th. However, 343 Industries has already sent out preliminary copies to various media outlets, and Mint Blitz mentioned that he was lucky enough to get one.
