Nvidia releases automatic update for Discord bug, but users are not sure how it works

The bug in question was causing Nvidia GPU memory clocks to drop to a P2 state if Discord was running in the background, preventing VRAM from reaching full clock speed and impacting gaming performance. It comes after a recent Discord update, possibly allowing users with GeForce RTX 40 series cards to stream while encoding to the new AV1 video format.
