Intel to bring games and software together with Arc Alchemist and Alder Lake

What to look forward to: Intel is signaling its entry into the dedicated graphics card market with a well-known sales tactic of offering free games with hardware purchases. The company has not yet made an official announcement, but Intel’s website confirms the upcoming promotion.
Terms and Conditions page on the Intel website. describes Software Advantage Program, which includes four games and five productivity programs for free with the purchase of mid-range and high-end Arc GPUs and Alder Lake processors. The offer is valid until the end of the year.
The bundle includes Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II, Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed, Gotham Knights and several DLCs for Vampire: The Masquerade Bloodhunt. The terms and conditions page does not indicate whether customers are getting all of these games or choosing one of them. Users can also choose to download three of five programs including PowerDirector 365, D5 Render, MAGIX Video Pro, Topaz Gigapixel AI and XSplit Premium Suite.
The Software Advantage Program is available with the purchase of one of the Intel Arc A500 or A700 Series cards bundled with a 12th Gen i5, i7, or i9 processor. It’s unclear if 13th Gen Raptor Lake processors will also qualify customers for the package when they launch this year.
Intel has yet to officially announce the deal, but disclosure is likely imminent. The terms of the offer specify a purchase period that runs from August 25 until the end of 2022, and until the end of January 2023, customers will be required to use promo codes until the end of January 2023. Since August 25th has already passed, the offer may go live as soon as the respective GPUs are launched. Speaking of which, after months of delays, Intel recently promised to release two high-end cards – the A770 and A750 – “very soon”.
There is no mention of how users will download games. Customers will need to create an account on the Intel site, but the page doesn’t specify which client will install. Modern Warfare II and Gotham Knights are coming to Steam and the Epic Game Store. Thus, Intel can provide codes for any service. However, Ghostbusters is Epic-only and Bloodlines is Steam-only.
