Adata’s upcoming Legend SSD is rated at 7.4GB / s, while the SE920 external drive is up to 4GB / s.

In short: At its online event, Xtreme Innovation Adata unveiled a pair of next generation memory and storage products. The company has also announced a host of XPG-branded hardware, including ultrabooks, Platinum-certified power supplies and other gaming peripherals.

Adata says its new SE920 solid state drive is the fastest portable storage in the world. The drive combines Intel Thunderbolt 3 and USB4 to boost data transfer speeds up to 4000MB / s and features patented “Heat Conduction” technology for temperature control. Like most other product announcements, Adata hasn’t gone into details or pricing information for the drive. He also highlighted the 7,400MB / s transfer speed of the upcoming Legend PCIe 4.0 SSD, which – on paper – makes it the best in terms of consumer-grade internal storage.

The company also showcased next-generation DDR5 memory cards with memory capacities up to 64GB. These modules will operate from 1.1 V and have a speed of 8,400 MT / s. Adata says the XPG variant currently in development will provide speeds up to 12,600 MT / s and operate at 1.6 V.

Other recently announced XPG-branded products include the Precog Aero wireless headset and a pair of gaming ultrabooks called the Xenia 14 and 15. Both machines have an 11th Gen Intel magnesium alloy and silicon chassis, while the larger laptop is equipped with dGPU (RTX 3060 or 3070) , along with a 165Hz QHD display, plenty of RAM, storage and Thunderbolt 4 support.

For desktop gamers, Adata has unveiled the XPG certified 80 Plus Platinum XPG Cybercore PSU, which will be available in 850W, 1000W and 1300W versions. There is currently no exact timeline for when Adata will release all of this equipment, but most of it is expected to arrive this year.
