The Xiaomi 12 smartphone has received several leaks and the photos are not quite what we expected.
The Xiaomi 12 is expected to launch on December 12, but the company has been very silent about how the new smartphone will look like.
GSMArena recently reported on some leaked renders of the smartphone that give us a glimpse of the new design.
As you can see in the picture above, the phone will have a triple camera setup with one large hole for the main shooter and two smaller cameras below it.
A microphone and flash are also housed on this small island. Looking at the picture below, it looks like the main camera will be 50MP, although we don’t know the specifications for the other two sensors yet.
We also know that Xiaomi will launch three phones, according to the same article. GSMArenawhich will be different from the launch of Mi 11, where the vanilla model of the phone came out much earlier than the Mi 11 Pro or Mi 11 Ultra.
We don’t know much about the Xiaomi 12 smartphone, other than that it is expected to be released sometime next year, probably in the first half. Other leaks also hint that this smartphone will not have a front-facing camera, but looking at the renders above, we can see a small punched hole in the display, which is likely the camera.
The company has also confirmed that it will be the first smartphone to support the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset. Although we have not had the opportunity to test the latest mobile platform, according to Qualcomm, this is one of the most powerful mobile chips available and will make the Xiaomi 12 very functional.
We’ll be sure to let you know if there is new news about the Xiaomi 12, so stay tuned for reliable reviews.
