Vivo Y76 5G specs featured in Geekbench listing could ship with MediaTek Dimensity 700

Vivo Y76 5G will hit the Malaysian market on November 23rd. Just a day before launch, the new Vivo Y-series phone appeared on testing site Geekbench with model number V2124. The listing shows some of the key characteristics of the device. According to the listing, the Vivo Y76 5G could be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 700 octa-core processor under the hood. The Chinese smartphone brand recently revealed the camera details and design specs of the Vivo Y76 5G.

Vivo Y76 5G was spotted on Geekbench with model number V2124. The phone scored 565 points in single-core testing and 1748 points in multi-core. According to the Geekbench listing, the Vivo Y76 5G can run Android 11 with the Vivo FunTouch OS shell at the top. It can be powered by an eight-core MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset. The Vivo Y76 5G has 8GB of RAM. The listing also suggests a maximum clock speed of 2.20 GHz.

Vivo has already announced that the Vivo Y76 5G will launch on November 23 in Malaysia. The virtual launch of the event is scheduled for 8:30 pm ET (5:30 pm ET). The event will be broadcast live on the company’s social networks. The Vivo Y76 5G has been confirmed to go on sale in the country via e-commerce sites Lazada and Shopee. However, the availability of the Vivo Y76 5G in other markets, including India, has yet to be announced.

The company says the Vivo Y76 5G features a teardrop notch display. The upcoming Vivo phone is already available in black. The Vivo Y76 5G has been confirmed to have a triple rear camera housed inside a rectangular module along with a flash. The camera unit will be equipped with a 50-megapixel main sensor, a 2-megapixel portrait camera and a 2-megapixel macro photo.
