Vivo Y52t 5G Launched With MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC, 5000mAh Battery: Price, Specs

The Vivo Y52t 5G has been launched in China and appears to be an update to the Y52 phone introduced last year. The smartphone is powered by MediaTek Dimensity SoC and has dual rear cameras. It features a 60Hz LCD display and a waterdrop notch on the front. The phone is available for purchase in China in two RAM + storage configurations. Vivo offers the phone in three color options. It also gets a massive 5000mAh battery.

Vivo Y52t is by price priced at CNY 1,299 (roughly Rs. 14,900) for the base variant with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage. The 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant is priced at CNY 1,499 (roughly Rs. 17,000).

Vivo offers the Y52t in Ice Lake Blue, Coconut Peach, and Black. It will be available for purchase at Vivo China official store and other online stores from 19 September.

The Vivo Y52t dual SIM (nano) runs Origin OS based on Android 12 and features a 6.56-inch IPS HD+ (1600×720 pixels) LCD display with a 60Hz refresh rate and up to 600 nits of brightness. The smartphone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC along with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. A microSD card slot is available and supports storage expansion up to 1TB.

The Vivo Y52t has a dual rear camera setup which consists of a 13MP main sensor and a 2MP sensor. On the front is an 8-megapixel camera housed in a waterdrop notch for selfies and video calls.

Connectivity options on the phone include 5G, 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.1, a USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone port. Vivo Y52t is equipped with a 5000 mAh battery with support for 10W charging. It also gets a side fingerprint sensor for biometrics. The smartphone weighs about 198 g and has a thickness of 8.45 mm.
