Vivo Y33e 5G has been officially launched in China. The Chinese manufacturer already has the Vivo Y33s and Vivo Y33T smartphones in the Y series. The new Y33e 5G is an affordable phone powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC. It packs a 5000mAh battery and supports 10W fast charging. The smartphone runs Origin Ocean OS based on Android 12. The Vivo Y33e 5G features a 6.51-inch HD+ (720×1600 pixels) LCD screen with a 60Hz refresh rate.

The Vivo Y33e 5G is expected to go on sale in June in China. This smartphone is priced at CNY 1,299 (roughly Rs. 15,000) for the 4GB RAM + 128GB storage configuration. Vivo offers Flourite Black and Magic Blue color options for the phone.

This smartphone features a 6.51-inch HD+ LCD screen with 60Hz refresh rate, 20:9 aspect ratio and 88.99% screen-to-body ratio. Under the hood of the Vivo Y33e 5G is an octa-core Dimensity 700 SoC paired with a Mali-G57 GPU. This smartphone boots Android 12 out of the box with the Origin Ocean OS skin on top.
In terms of optics, it features a dual rear camera setup comprising a 13MP primary sensor with f/2.2 aperture and a 2MP secondary sensor with f/2.4 aperture. On the front, there is also an 8-megapixel f/2.0 selfie camera housed in a waterdrop notch.
The Vivo Y33e 5G measures 164×75.84×8.45mm and weighs 198g. It comes with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security. It also comes with a Face Wake feature that claims to unlock your phone with just a blink. This 5G phone also supports Wi-Fi and Bluetooth v5.1 dual band wireless. It features a USB Type-C port and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
