Vivo V12 series design noted for leaked images; Discovered on TENAA Listings, 3C

The launch of the Vivo S12 series seems imminent as smartphone images have surfaced on the web. The upcoming smartphone series will reportedly consist of two smartphones – the vanilla Vivo S12 and the Vivo S12 Pro. Tipster shared an image of the first, posted on an e-commerce website, showing the design of the front and back of a smartphone. Earlier this month, another analyst shared a live image of the Vivo S12 Pro. Two smartphones of the Vivo S12 series have also allegedly received China’s TENAA and 3C certifications.

Tipster Ankit (@ TechnoAnkit1) shared images of the upcoming vanilla Vivo S12. Ankit also announced that the smartphone will launch next month in China. Images are blurry, but the design of the smartphone is obvious. The vanilla Vivo S12 is shown with a curved display with a large notch. On the back, the smartphone is shown with a triple rear camera placed vertically in a rectangular module. Image shows Vivo smartphone in gold color variant.

Earlier this month Arsenal informant (translation) general live image of Vivo S12 Pro. The image does not reveal anything about the upcoming smartphone, other than the front panel. The Vivo S12 pro is shown with a large notch showing two sensors for a selfie camera. Tipster mentions that one of the sensors will be a 50MP ultra-wide-angle sensor. The smartphone will also get a curved display with a high aspect ratio, as shown in the images.

Another tap, Panda Bald (translation), general internal model designation of the Vivo S12 series. The vanilla Vivo S12 will get v2162a and the Vivo S12 Pro will get v2163a, according to the hint. In addition, two smartphones allegedly received TENAA and 3C certifications. The first – without mentioning the technical specifications – lists both upcoming smartphones, while the second only lists the Vivo S12 Pro. The 3C certification suggests the Vivo S12 Pro can support 5G and get 44W fast charging support. The two lists were spotted by Gizmochina.
