Tecno Pova 4 Renders, specifications available online; Tip MediaTek Helio G99 SoC, 6000mAh battery

The launch of Tecno Pova 4 has not been officially confirmed by the Chinese smartphone company. But before that, purported marketing images and specs for the upcoming Pova series phone have surfaced online. The renders offer two color options and a dual rear camera setup for the Tecno Pova 4. Under the hood, it is said to be equipped with a MediaTek Helio G99 SoC along with 8GB of RAM. The RAM in Tecno Pova 4 is said to support expansion by taking advantage of unused storage for smooth operation. In addition, the Tecno Pova 4 is speculated to be equipped with a 6000 mAh battery.

The renders show the phone to be similar to the Tecno Pova Neo 2. The renders show the phone in blue and gray with a two-tone finish. It can be seen that the Tecno Pova 4 has a dual rear camera setup located on the top left corner of the phone. The layout and design of the rear camera module is very similar to what we saw on the Tecno Pova Neo 2.

The Tecno Pova 4 will be launched in Bangladesh on October 6, according to the source. It is said to become official in India during the Diwali sales or later.

The upcoming Tecno Pova 4 is expected to feature a 6.82-inch HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate. It can run Android 12 and is said to be powered by a MediaTek Helio G99 SoC paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The RAM in Tecno Pova 4 can be expanded by another 5 GB using additional unused storage. It is said to include Panther Engine 2.0 with Game Space 2.0 for better gaming experience.

In terms of optics, the smartphone is expected to feature a 50-megapixel AI dual camera. Tecno is said to pack the Tecno Pova 4 with a 6,000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging.

The Tecno Pova Neo 2 was recently launched in Russia, priced at RUB 9,990 (roughly Rs. 14,000) for the 4GB RAM + 64GB RAM variant. It is powered by a MediaTek Helio G85 SoC and features a Full HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate. It packs a 7000mAh battery and includes a dual rear camera setup with a 16MP main camera.
