Samsung appears to be intent on going further with the color choices on the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 if a recent leak is to be believed, but the 1TB storage option may be missing, according to rumors.
Chief Informant Evan Blass, a.k.a. @evleaksposted the following interesting snippet on Twitter:
If you look closely, you’ll see that this boring list of Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 options contains multiple colors. These include beige, burgundy red, gray green and phantom black.
This is another color option than the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 offered last year. It’s also a slightly more interesting choice: the previous module only offers black, green, and silver.
We were particularly intrigued by the burgundy red version. Most red phones have a fairly typical tomato red hue. It’s time for us to have something a little deeper.
Beige should be an interesting choice too. It reminds us of last year’s Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3, which comes in a stylish cream color.
Aside from these color options, the list above shows the storage options for the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4. These include 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB options for all but the burgundy model, which lacks the entry-level 128GB option.
Notable is the absence of any mention of the 1TB option here. Back in early June, we heard that Samsung would offer a larger capacity option with this year’s flagship foldable device. Perhaps it will appear later in the form of some special edition.
As things stand, the 512GB model is already likely to be the most expensive mainstream phone of 2022.
