There is a fresh piece of information confirming the camera systems and screen sizes of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S22 lineup.
The Samsung Galaxy S22 family will no doubt be the next biggest smartphone release in the near future, so when a respected tipster like Ice universe gives details on the camera’s offering, you’d better believe what we’re about to take note of – even if it just serves as confirmation of previous rumors.
Both the Samsung Galaxy S22 and Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus will come with the same triple-sensor camera system and are in line with what we’ve already heard, according to the speaker.
This will be associated with an impressive 50MP sensor and f / 1.8 aperture. Judging by the sensor size (1 / 1.57 inches) and its 1.0 micron pixels, this is most likely Samsung Isocell GN5, which Samsung introduced in September.
At the time, Samsung welcomed its “improved autofocus capabilities” with its Dual Pixel Pro system, which provides near-instant locking.
Supporting this meaty main sensor will be a 3x 10MP telephoto lens with a 1 / 3.24-inch sensor and f / 2.4 aperture. There will also be a 12MP ultra-wide camera with a 1 / 2.55-inch sensor and f / 2.2 aperture. Selfies are performed by a modest 1 / 3.24-inch sensor with a resolution of 10 MP.
Another interesting tidbit of this latest tip is the claim that the Samsung Galaxy S22 will have a 6.06-inch display while the Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus will have a 6.55-inch screen. This is actually less than the Samsung Galaxy S21 (6.2 inches) and Samsung Galaxy S21 Plus (6.7 inches), respectively.
Again, the main features of this latest spec leak have been seen before. But simple repetition serves as confirmation that this is exactly what we’ll see in the Samsung Galaxy S22 lineup in early 2022.
