Samsung Galaxy M52 5G Launch Coming Soon, Discovered On US FCC, Bluetooth SIG Certification Lists

The launch of the Samsung Galaxy M52 5G seems imminent as the smartphone has been spotted on two more certification websites. The upcoming phone has been listed on the website of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), which does not divulge much information about the smartphone’s specs, other than hints about its upcoming launch, as well as the Bluetooth SIG. The smartphone showed up on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) website last month, which means it is also coming to India soon. In addition, the Samsung Galaxy M52 GG’s alleged specs were leaked last month.

The listing says that the Samsung smartphone with model number SM-526B / DS, which was previously linked to the phone, is equipped with dual-band Wi-Fi with 2.4 and 5 GHz bands, as well as 5G support.

The smartphone was also spotted on the Bluetooth SIG listing, which mentions that the Samsung Galaxy M52 5G will get Bluetooth v5. The list mentions two model numbers – SM-M526BR_DS and SM-M526B_DS – along with the name. Both ads were the first spotted by MySmartPrice.

The Samsung Galaxy M52 5G was spotted on the BIS list last month. The phone is expected to go on sale by the end of September.

An August leak suggests the Galaxy M52 5G will likely run Android 11 One UI 3.1 out of the box. It may have a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED Infinity-O display with Full HD + resolution (1080×2,400 pixels) with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. It will also likely run on a Snapdragon 778G SoC – also spotted on its Geekbench listing with June – and can come with 6GB or 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.

In terms of optics, the upcoming Samsung smartphone is likely to get a triple rear camera with a 64MP primary sensor – confirming an earlier report – along with a 12MP ultra wide-angle sensor and a 5MP depth sensor. It can also get a 32MP selfie camera.

Connectivity options could include 11 5G bands, and the phone could get support for 15W fast charging. It is said to have dimensions of 164x76x7 mm and a weight of 175 grams.
