The Samsung Galaxy A51 is reportedly receiving the July 2021 Android security patch with an update. The update has been spotted in Russia and can be expected to be rolled out to other regions soon. According to the report, the update also contains some additional features and improvements that are not yet known to users. The smartphone is still receiving the June 2021 security patch in different regions. Samsung launched the Galaxy A51 in January 2020 with Android 10 out of the box and subsequently received the Android 11 update this March.

According to report from SamMobile, Samsung has provided the Galaxy A51 (Review) with the latest Android security patch – July 2021 – with an update. It is reported that the smartphone has new features and improvements, but there is no official information on this yet.

The firmware version of the update is A515FXXU5EUG2, but there is no information about the size of the update. Users are advised to update their Galaxy A51 phones while connected to a reliable Wi-Fi connection and charging. To manually check for updates, follow the link Settings> Software update> Download and install.
