Samsung Galaxy A03 renders have been leaked, hinting at a possible smartphone design ahead of the alleged launch. The renders suggest a triple rear camera setup and a teardrop notch display. Recently, a support page for the Samsung Galaxy A03 appeared in India, hinting at an imminent launch. The smartphone has also been spotted on several certification sites, including the Wi-Fi Alliance and the US FCC. It even appeared on the Geekbench testing site, alluding to the Unisoc SoC. Most likely, it will be a budget entry-level smartphone from Samsung.
Tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore tweeted some renders of the rumored Samsung Galaxy A03. The rendering suggests the phone has a waterdrop-shaped notch with a sizable chin at the bottom. On the back of the Samsung Galaxy A03 is a square-shaped camera module that houses three sensors and a flash. Volume and power buttons are located on the right edge. The USB Type-C port and 3.5mm audio jack are located on the bottom edge. The fingerprint sensor was not found on the renders.
The launch of the Samsung Galaxy A03 in India may be just around the corner as its support pages are now available on Samsung’s India and Russia website. It is mentioned in these pages that the Galaxy smartphone, which is due to be released soon, will have the model number SM-A032F / DS. Previous reports suggest the Samsung Galaxy A03 could be powered by a Unisoc chipset paired with 2GB or 3GB of RAM. The upcoming smartphone will also come with a 5,000mAh battery.
As mentioned, the Samsung Galaxy A03 has also been spotted on the Wi-Fi Alliance certification website with the same model number SM-A032F / DS. The list mentions that the upcoming smartphone will support the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi band with 802.11 b / g / n and Wi-Fi Direct. In addition, it mentions that the smartphone will run Android 11 out of the box.
Samsung has not yet officially announced a budget smartphone.
