Retailers list says iPhone 13 will be available in less than a month

It doesn’t take a genius to look at the release dates of Apple’s past flagship smartphones and spot a pattern. All non-SE iPhones from Iphone 4s was announced in September, in addition to last year iPhone 12, which was postponed for a month due to the global pandemic.

All the same, a Chinese site IT Home claims to have narrowed it down even further thanks to the seller’s pre-order information being pulled and posted on Weibo.

The list highlights that the iPhone 13 will come in four sizes – regular, mini, Pro and Pro Max, just like this generation – and will be available for pre-order on September 17, with the devices arriving in the hands of early adopters in a week. Friday 24 September The same retailer suggests the AirPods 3 will arrive shortly thereafter, on Monday, September 30th.

Since Apple events usually take place on Tuesday, it can be assumed that the event itself will take place on September 14, and pre-orders open at the end of the week.

And while others have predicted the show will take place a week earlier (presumably with an extended release date), this schedule matches that of leader John Prosser’s site. Front Tech Page heard. The site’s sources are also reporting a pre-order window on September 17th, which means we should expect press invitations to drop in the inbox on Tuesday, September 7th.

There is one more thing that this leak seems to confirm: the next iPhone will indeed be the iPhone 13, not the iPhone 12S as has sometimes been suggested – and for good reason. Back in June poll of more than 3000 fans of Apple products found that one in five would refuse to buy a new iPhone if it had the “unfortunate” 13 in its name. Apple appears to be gearing up to call these superstitious fans a bluff.
