Redmi Note 11T Pro was launched in China on May 24th. Now, a Redmi executive has released a poster claiming that more than 270,000 units of the smartphone were sold in just one hour after it went on sale. The phone was launched at a price of 1,799 yuan (roughly Rs. 20,900) for the base variant with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage. It comes with a 6.6-inch display and a MediaTek Dimensity 8100 SoC. It also gets a 5080mAh battery with support for 67W fast charging and a triple rear camera setup.
Lu Weibing, CEO of Redmi, posted poster Chinese microblogging site Weibo says that the newly launched Redmi Note 11T Pro sold over 270,000 units in one hour after it went on sale. The smartphone was launched in China on May 24 along with the Redmi Note 11T Pro+.
A limited edition Astro Boy Redmi Note 11T Pro has also been released with these two smartphones and should go on sale from June 18th. The company said that only 10,000 units of the smartphone will be available for purchase.
The Redmi Note 11T Pro has been launched in China for 1,799 Yuan for the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant. The 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant is priced at CNY 1,899 (roughly Rs. 22,000), while the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant is priced at CNY 2,099 (roughly Rs. 24,300). The smartphone is offered in three color options – Atomic Silver, Midnight Darkness and Time Blue.
The smartphone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 8100 5G SoC and a 5080mAh battery supporting 67W fast charging. Redmi Note 11T Pro features a 6.6-inch FHD+ display with a seven-level 144Hz refresh rate and 270Hz touch sampling rate. It gets a triple real camera configuration with a 64MP main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide sensor, and a 2MP shooter. At the front, the smartphone received a 16-megapixel selfie camera.
The company has yet to release details on the availability of the Redmi Note 11T Pro in India and other regions of the world.
