Realme Narzo 20 is receiving an update that contains many bug fixes and improvements. The update includes the July and August 2021 Android security fixes. Realme announced that the update will be rolling out in stages. The Realme Narzo 20 was launched in India in September 2020 and originally shipped with the Android 10-based Realme user interface. Subsequently, in March, it received the Realme UI 2.0 update based on Android 11. The smartphone runs on MediaTek Helio G85 SoC paired with 4 GB of RAM.

The update for Realme Narzo 20 (Review) was announced via a blog post. It fixes an issue that caused the Camera application to hang in 48M mode. This also fixes an issue that caused the file manager application to experience a delay when opening.
Realme associates the latest Android security patch from August 2021 with the update, as well as the July 2021 Android security patch. The firmware version for the update is RMX2191_11.C.12. However, the size of the update is not yet known. Users are advised to update their smartphone while it is connected to a reliable Wi-Fi connection and charged.
As mentioned, the update will roll out gradually and is expected to be received by all eligible Realme Narzo 20 phones automatically over the air. Interested users can go to Settings> System> Software update to manually check for updates.
