POCO F5 5G specifications leaked; Display, processor: all the details

The Poco F5 5G is expected to replace the Poco F4 5G launched by the Chinese phone maker earlier this year. While the company has yet to officially reveal any details about the alleged smartphone, a recent report leaked the display specs of the upcoming Poco F5 5G model. Details about the processor of the upcoming Poco F-series phone have also been revealed. The report also notes that the POCO F5 5G is expected to be an upgraded version of the Redmi K60 5G, which will debut in early 2023.
According to reportthe smartphone will first debut in China as Redmi K60 and then its global debut as POCO F5 5G in various markets including India.
The Poco F5 5G and Redmi K60 are said to come with a 2K 1440 x 3200 pixel AMOLED display and can support a 120Hz refresh rate with 1000 nits of brightness. The device is reportedly equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 SoC. However, other specifications of the smartphone, including details about the camera, design, and additional features of the POCO F5 5G, have yet to be revealed.
The specifications of the Poco F5 5G are listed in the IMEI database as model number 23013RK75C (Chinese version). The Indian variant of the new POCO phone appeared in the database with model number 23013PC75I, while the global version was found with model number 23013PC75G. According to the report, “23” in the model number indicates 2023, while “01” refers to January. The letters “PC” refer to the POCO brand, while “75” hints at the M11A model number. Moreover, “G/I” may refer to the expected release of the smartphone in the global and Indian markets.
Based on the model numbers listed in the IMEI database, the Poco F5 5G and Redmi K60 models are expected to launch in January in China, followed by a global launch.
