The Oppo K9s looks like a new smartphone that the Chinese smartphone company plans to release soon. The specs and specs of the smartphone have surfaced on the Chinese retailer’s website ahead of the official announcement from Oppo. The latest K9 series phone is shown to be powered by Snapdragon 778G chipset and equipped with 120Hz display. The Oppo K9s comes in three different color options and two RAM and storage configurations. Several features of the phone have also been highlighted in a Weibo post, which also suggests a launch is imminent.
According to him listing Oppo K9s can be reserved at JD.com in Magic Purple Quicksand, Neon Silver Sea and Obsidian Warrior color options (translated). The phone is likely to debut on October 20, as evidenced by the booking period listed on the e-commerce site.
The Oppo K9s is featured in the photos attached to the listing with a perforated display. The phone is said to feature a 6.59-inch Full HD + display with a 120Hz refresh rate. In addition, the phone can be seen using a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. The phone is listed with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G chipset.
The e-commerce listing suggests that the Oppo K9s smartphone will have an X-axis linear motor for gaming and will be available in two variants – 6GB RAM + 128GB storage and 8GB RAM + 128GB storage. In terms of optics, the Oppo K9s has a triple rear camera.
The separately known tipster WHYLAB on Weibo also a leak some characteristics of the phone. The post confirms the presence of a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G processor, 6.59-inch (2412 x 1080 pixels) LCD display, triple rear camera and side fingerprint recognition in the Oppo K9s.
According to the post, the Oppo K9s triple rear camera will be titled a 64MP primary sensor and two 2MP secondary sensors. The phone is said to have a 16MP front camera. The latest Oppo K9 series smartphone is reportedly equipped with a 4880mAh battery with support for 30W fast charging.
