The company has confirmed that the Oppo K9 Pro will soon receive a new Neon Silver color option. The phone was unveiled last month and came in two color options – obsidian black and glacier blue. Oppo has confirmed that the new color option will launch on October 20. The Oppo K9 Pro features a triple camera setup on the back with a 64MP main camera. It houses a 4500mAh battery with 60W Flash Charge support. The phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimnesity 1200 SoC and has a built-in under-screen fingerprint sensor.
The company is listed on Weibo to announce a new color option for the Oppo K9 Pro. The new color option will be called Neon Silver and will have an alloy texture with a glossy camera module with multi-colored rings around the sensors. The new Neon Silver variant will launch on October 20 alongside the Oppo K9s.
Apart from the new color option, the specs of the Oppo K9 Pro will likely remain unchanged. The new smartphone starts at 2,199 yuan (roughly 25,100 rupees).
Oppo K9 Pro Specifications
In terms of specifications, the Oppo K9 Pro runs ColorOS 11.3 based on Android 11. It features a 6.43-inch Full-HD + (1080×2400 pixels) display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC with up to 12GB of RAM. The internal memory is up to 256 GB.
In terms of cameras, the Oppo K9 Pro has a 64MP main camera, an 8MP ultra wide-angle camera, and a 2MP macro lens. On the front, the Oppo K9 Pro has a 16MP selfie camera. It packs a 4500mAh battery with support for 60W super flash. Also on board there is a fingerprint sensor under the screen. Connectivity options include a USB Type-C port, Bluetooth v5.2, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, 5G support, NFC and more.
