Oppo K10 5G and Oppo K10 Pro 5G launch confirmed for April 24, key specs revealed

Oppo has confirmed the launch date for the Oppo K10 series is April 24th. The line will include two models: Oppo K10 5G and Oppo K10 Pro 5G. Oppo has published landing pages for both phones on its Chinese website. The new Oppo K10 models are markedly different from the Oppo K10 recently launched in India. The India model has specs including the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 SoC and 4G support.

In accordance with Details Available from Oppo China, the Oppo K10 5G has a perforated screen with a peak refresh rate of 120Hz. It is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8000 Max SoC and will also feature an X-axis linear motor. It is equipped with a Diamond VC liquid cooling system to dissipate heat. The K10 5G will be available in two colors: Ice Blue and Dark Night. The Oppo K10 5G will be available in multiple variants with 8GB or 12GB of RAM and 128GB or 256GB of internal storage.

The Oppo K10 Pro 5G also features a punch-hole display. However, the landing page does not yet have information about its size, resolution, or refresh rate. This phone is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC and a 5000mAh battery and supports 80W charging. The Oppo K10 Pro 5G rear camera features a 50MP Sony IMX766 main camera with OIS. This is paired with an 8MP ultra wide-angle camera and a 2MP macro camera. This phone also has a 16 megapixel front camera. It is confirmed to arrive in Titanium Black and Clear Blue. Oppo K10 Pro 5G will also be sold with 8GB and 12GB of RAM and 128GB or 256GB of internal storage.

Reports suggest that the recently spotted Oppo K10 series phone with model number PGJM10 features a 6.59-inch FHD+ LTPS LCD panel. On the other hand, the Oppo K10 Pro 5G is likely to feature a 6.62-inch FHD+ OLED display.

It is important to note that the Chinese company recently introduced a completely different model in India, also called the Oppo K10. This model only supports 4G and is based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 SoC.
