OnePlus 9 Pro white color variant revealed in official video and images

A white variant of the OnePlus 9 Pro has been posted online. The Chinese company posted a teaser video and images just hours after COO Liu Fengshuo proposed the new color option on Weibo. Earlier this year, the OnePlus 9 Pro launched in Morning Mist, Pine Green, and Stellar Black. The white version looks matte. OnePlus is likely to release the OnePlus 9 Pro white tint in China soon. However, it is unclear if the new color will also be available in other markets.

To detail the white color option, OnePlus has published teasers on Weibo. The new version is built using AG’s two-layer technology. IN teaser video also suggests that the phone will resist fingerprint smudges thanks to its matte finish.

The White variant of the OnePlus 9 Pro is specifically dedicated to the eighth anniversary of OnePlus’ flagship lineup. It will also be available in limited quantities. However, OnePlus has yet to confirm if the new color option will be available for purchase and at what price.

Earlier this week, OnePlus COO Liu Fengshuo examined consumer feedback on the OnePlus 9 Pro white color.

The OnePlus 9 Pro launched in March in Morning Mist, Pine Green and Stellar Black shades. The smartphone comes with a starting price of Rs. 49,999 and offers features such as a 120Hz AMOLED LCD display, triple rear cameras and an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC. The OnePlus 9 Pro also includes up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.

OnePlus last month rolled out the OxygenOS 11.2.8.8 update for the OnePlus 9 Pro – alongside the OnePlus 9 – with a Bitmoji Always-On Display option developed in collaboration with Snapchat to offer virtual avatars on the phone’s external display.
