According to a teaser video posted on Twitter by informant Mayank Kumar, the upcoming OnePlus 10 Pro smartphone features a large rear camera module with three camera sensors. The OnePlus 10 Pro is gearing up to launch with a 48MP main camera, a 50MP ultra wide-angle camera, and an 8MP telephoto lens. Gadgets 360 was unable to verify the source of the video posted on Twitter.
The video shared by the tipster shows the presence of the Hasselblad brand on the camera module, just like on its predecessor. The smartphone is also equipped with a P2D 50T sensor, which may offer additional camera functions. The front camera sensor is located in the upper left corner of the display, while OnePlus offers a smartphone with a 32MP selfie camera.
It is noteworthy that the video mentions the launch date of the smartphone on January 11, which is a few days later than the previously indicated date on January 5. The OnePlus 10 Pro is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC under the hood following the arrival of the latest processor on the Motorola Edge X30 and Xiaomi 12 series.
The OnePlus 10 Pro was recently spotted on Geekbench. The listing indicates that the smartphone will have up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. The phone scored 976 points for a single-core processor and 3469 points for a multi-core processor. The listing also lists the OnePlus 10 Pro with model number NE2210 running Android 12. Previous reports suggest the OnePlus 10 Pro may have a 5,000mAh battery with support for fast charging up to 80W.
