According to the report, the specs of the Nubia Red Magic 7 have been posted online via the TENAA listing. It is reported that the gaming smartphone will be equipped with a 6.8-inch Full-HD OLED panel. The smartphone is rumored to have up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. Earlier reports suggest the phone has already received 3C certification in China and has reportedly been spotted at the Bluetooth SIG as well. Last September, ZTE-owned Nubia launched the Red Magic 6S Pro gaming smartphone with Qualcomm Snapdragon 888+ processor and up to 16GB LPDDR5 RAM.
Smartphone with model number NX679J –claimed associated with Red Magic 7 – was spotted on Listing TENAA… This shows that the phone can be equipped with a 6.8-inch Full-HD OLED display (1080×2,400 pixels). While there are no details on hidden firepower on the TENAA roster, Weibo post from expert Digital Chat Station suggested that the Nubia phone could be equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC, making it one of the first smartphones powered by Qualcomm’s recently announced flagship processor.
Additionally, the Nubia Red Magic 7 may be offered in 8GB, 12GB, or 16GB RAM options, paired with 128GB, 256GB, or 512GB storage options as shown in the listing. In terms of cameras, the phone is rumored to come with four cameras. The TENAA listing shows that the phone could have a 64MP primary sensor along with an 8MP sensor on the front. Information about other cameras is not provided.
The specified phone will run on Android OS and will be presented in black, blue, green and red colors. The TENAA listing suggests that the alleged Nubia Red Magic 7 will have an under-display fingerprint reader and a 2,190mAh battery (nominal capacity). According to the listing on the 3C certification platform, the phone will support fast charging up to 165W (20V / 8.25A). The Bluetooth SIG listing of a phone with the same model number NX679J suggests that it can support Bluetooth v5.2 for connectivity.
