Moto G82 specs listed on TENAA listing, show 4700mAh battery, up to 16GB RAM

The Moto G82 has been circulating various certification sites, suggesting an imminent launch. The Motorola smartphone has reportedly previously appeared on China Compulsory Certification (3C), Wi-Fi Alliance, EEC, BIS, and TDRA certification sites. In the latest development, this Moto G series smartphone has been spotted on the TENAA certification site under the model number XT2225-2. This purported listing has shed some light on some of the Moto G82’s key specs and design details. It is speculated to pack a 4,700mAh battery and up to 16GB of RAM. So far, Motorola has not revealed any official information about this rumored Moto G series smartphone.

According to TENAA listing for the Motorola XT2225-2, which is considered the Moto G82, it will feature a 6.55-inch Full-HD+ (2400×1080 pixels) OLED screen. This Motorola phone can offer up to 16GB of RAM with 128GB, 256GB, or 512GB of internal storage. It should measure 160.8×74.4×7.9mm and weigh about 178 grams. The attached images supposedly point to a triple rear camera setup on the back. The volume rocker and power button are expected to be located on the right side. Like other Motorola phones, the Moto G82 is expected to feature a dedicated Google Assistant button on the left.

According to a previous report, the Moto G82 was also spotted on Geekbench, which suggested the phone could be powered by the Snapdragon 695 SoC. Additionally, it has allegedly been spotted by the Wi-Fi Alliance, which suggests this phone may support dual-band Wi-Fi and run Android 12.

In related news, the Motorola XT2225-2 was also spotted on the 3C certification site. It can support maximum charging speed up to 33W (11V, 3A). In addition, support for the following charging standards is expected: 15W (5V, 3A), 27W (9V, 3A), and 30W (12V, 2.5A).
