Moto Edge X30 Official Rendering – Tantalizing Rear Design, Triple Camera Installation Ahead Of Dec. 9 Launch

The Motorola Moto Edge X30 is slated for release on December 9th, and the company has been teasing the design and specs of the smartphone over the past few days. The company has now shared official images of the smartphone, offering a rear view. The company’s upcoming flagship smartphone will likely be the first smartphone powered by the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC. It will be available in two colors and will have a vertically aligned triple rear camera, according to images provided by the company.

Ahead of the upcoming December 9 launch of the Moto Edge X30 in China, Motorola has shared images of the smartphone on its Weibo account. The smartphone comes in the colors Autumn Tung Shadow and Qiongtai Snow, which the company says are two color options for the Moto Edge X30. Motorola recently teased a live image of the smartphone’s screen and confirmed that the new smartphone will launch with a 60MP front-facing camera under the display.

The back of the Moto Edge X30 features a vertical triple camera setup. According to previous reports, the Moto Edge X30 will launch with a 50MP main sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide sensor and a 2MP depth sensor. The smartphone is slated to be the first Android phone with the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC, ahead of the upcoming Xiaomi 12 series.

According to previous reports, the Moto Edge X30 may also have a 6.7-inch OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate. The smartphone can also be launched with Android 12 out of the box, making it one of the first smartphones besides the Pixel 6 series to launch with the latest Android operating system. It is speculated to have up to 16GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage. It can be powered by a 5000mAh battery with support for 68W fast charging.
