Leaked images of Samsung Galaxy A33 5G show perforated display, four rear cameras, specs are

The Samsung Galaxy A33 5G has yet to receive official confirmation from the South Korean smartphone maker, but several renders of the smartphone have leaked before that. In the leaked images, Samsung’s new A-series smartphone is equipped with four rear cameras. The phone is expected to go on sale in January 2021 in two colors and some of its specs have also been changed. The Samsung Galaxy A33 5G smartphone is likely to replace the Samsung Galaxy A32 launched earlier this year in 5G and 4G variants.

The upcoming Samsung Galaxy A33 5G in the images showcases a 6.4-inch Infinity-U display with punch-holes. The phone is supposed to have a Full-HD + Super AMOLED display.

The leaked renders suggest that the Samsung phone will ship with four rear cameras housed in a rectangular camera module. The power button and volume rocker are visible on the left side of the phone. In addition, the microphone, speaker grill and USB Type-C port are visible at the bottom. Samsung Galaxy A33 5G shown without 3.5mm headphone jack. Its dimensions are 159.7x74x8.1 mm, and its thickness is 9.7 mm.

As a reminder, the Samsung Galaxy A32 debuted globally in January this year and was launched in India in March at a price of Rs. 21,999 for the lone variant with 6GB RAM + 128GB storage.

The phone features a 6.4-inch Full-HD + Super AMOLED Infinity-U display with a 90Hz refresh rate. It has an eight-core MediaTek Helio G80 SoC along with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The phone comes with four rear cameras that house a 64MP primary sensor, 8MP secondary sensor, 5MP macro and 5MP depth sensor. It has a 20MP selfie sensor. The Samsung Galaxy A32 is equipped with a 5000mAh battery that supports 15W fast charging.
