Lava Blaze 2 Design Renders, key specs announced ahead of launch

Lava Blaze 2, a new smartphone from Lava, is expected to be launched in India soon. It is said to replace the Lave Blaze 5G device released in November 2022. The device was reportedly recently spotted on Geekbench, where several key specs of the upcoming smartphone were suggested. The smartphone, which is expected to launch this April, has now been the subject of a new leak that offers the Blaze 2’s full specs while also hinting at its design. The phone is said to launch in a single storage variant and is offered in three color options.

Trusted tipster Mukul Sharma (@stufflistings) suggested in tweet the likely specifications of the upcoming Lava Blaze 2 smartphone, which is expected to launch in April. The leak suggests the alleged phone will launch in one configuration: 6GB of RAM, 5GB of virtual RAM, and 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage. Lava Blaze 2, offered in Glass Orange, Glass Black and Glass Blue color options, is likely to be priced below Rs. 10,000, according to the leak.

Lava Blaze 2 Specifications Specs (Expected)

The Lava Blaze 2 will reportedly feature a 6.5-inch HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate. The smartphone, powered by the Unisoc T616 SoC, is expected to ship with the stock version of Android 12.

The design renders attached to the leak suggest the Lava Blaze 2’s dual rear camera unit will be housed in two circular pods vertically positioned on the top left side of the rear panel next to the LED flash. The rear cameras include a 13-megapixel AI-enabled lens. The expected 8-megapixel front-facing camera sits in a central punch-hole at the top of the display.

With an AnTuTu score of 250,000+, Lava Blaze 2 is expected to feature a 5,000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging. The phone is also reported to feature a USB-Type C port and a 3.5mm audio jack. The device weighs 203 grams and measures 16.5 cm x 7.6 cm x 0.9 cm.
