Infinix Hot 30i detected by IMEI, may be equipped with MediaTek Helio G37 SoC: report

Infinix is ​​reportedly working on a successor to its affordable Hot 20 series. A smartphone believed to be the Infinix Hot 30i has been spotted on the IMEI database. Additionally, some of its key specs were leaked ahead of launch. This Infinix smartphone is expected to feature a MediaTek Helio G37 SoC coupled with 4GB of RAM. Recall that the Hot 20 series includes Infinix Hot 20, Infinix Hot 20i and Infinix Hot 20s. Thus, two more Hot 30 series smartphones may be in development.

According to PassionateGeekz report, an Infinix smartphone with model number X669 has appeared in the IMEI database. This model is believed to be the Infinix Hot 30i. The report mentions that there may be more Infinix Hot 30 series smartphones in development.

Specifications Infinix Hot 30i (rumored)

The Infinix Hot 30i is said to feature a 6.6-inch IPS LCD screen with HD+ (720×1612 pixels) resolution and up to 500 nits of brightness. This smartphone can be powered by MediaTek Helio G37 chipset paired with 4GB of RAM. It may also be possible to add up to 6 GB of virtual memory. It may even have a microSD slot for additional storage.

It will likely feature a triple rear camera setup including a 50MP primary sensor and a pair of 2MP secondary sensors. The Infinix Hot 30i is expected to feature a 5,000mAh battery with support for 18W wired charging. This smartphone can run Android 12 out of the box with a custom Infinix skin on top.

As a reminder, the Infinix Hot 20i has a 6.6-inch HD+ IPS LCD screen. It is powered by MediaTek Helio G25 chipset. In terms of optics, it gets a 13MP triple rear camera and an 8MP front camera.
