When will the Xiaomi 12 series be released?
The global launch of Xiaomi 12 will take place Tuesday, March 15, 2022 at the following times:
- United Kingdom – 12:00 (noon) GMT
- US East Coast – 8 a.m. ET
- US West Coast – 5:00 AM PT
- Europe – 13:00 CET.
- India – 5:30 pm EST

What will Xiaomi announce at the launch of the 12 series?
In China, there are three phones in the line – Xiaomi 12, Xiaomi 12 Pro and Xiaomi 12X, and there may also be rumors about Xiaomi 12 Ultra.
Both the 12 and 12 Pro boast the flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip, while the Pro model has three 50MP cameras. We should also know the full global pricing and release dates of the phones at this event.
The leaks also suggest that we may eventually see the 12 Lite, 12 Mini, and 12X Pro, but we doubt they will be featured at this event.
