How to watch the BAFTA 2023 Film Awards in the UK and US

With awards season fast approaching, BAFTAs are the cream of the crop for the British film industry.

When will the 2023 BAFTA Film Awards take place?
BAFTA Film Awards 2023 will be held in Sunday, February 19, 2023 at 19:00 GMT. The event will be broadcast live from London’s Royal Festival Hall.
What channel is BAFTA on?
If you are in the UK, the show will be broadcast live on BBC One and BBC One HD in the UK.
You will be able to follow red carpet arrivals on BAFTA social channels such as TikTok, Facebook, TwitterInstagram and YouTube.
How to watch BAFTA online in the UK and US
If you’re in the UK and paying a license fee, the easiest way to watch BAFTA online is through the BBC iPlayer, which you can use to watch BBC One live.
In the US, BAFTA will be broadcast on BritBox. From now until February 21st, you can sign up for as little as $1.99 per month for the first two months. After that, the subscription costs $7.99 per month.

Who hosts the BAFTA Awards?
The ceremony will be hosted by British actor Richard E. Grant. Meanwhile, behind-the-scenes lighting will be provided by the hilarious Alison Hammond.
The event’s red carpet will be covered by film journalist Eli Plumb and TV presenter Vic Hope.
Who are the BAFTA 2023 nominees?
The final shortlist of BAFTA nominees has already been announced. All Quiet on the Western Front leads the way with 14 nominations, followed by The Banshee of Inisherina and Everything Everywhere at Once with 10 nominations each.
