What news will be revealed live on Behind The Sims Summit?
EA has revealed a few details we can expect to see live. The Sims base game is also set to go free on October 18th, so according to the official Sims blog, the event will discuss what this free game can do for new potential players.
The Sims team has hyped up some big announcements, so many players are anticipating that the next generation of The Sims will finally be announced. This makes sense given that The Sims is long overdue for a new installment, and how Maxis has supposedly been expanding its development team in this area over the past few years.
There have been reports that The Sims 5 includes online multiplayer elements marking a new era for the sim franchise. Of course, these are all rumors.
The news could also be about Sims 4 titles – the Sims community claims there will be two new bundles after an insider discovered several icons in the base game’s code.
This is also confirmed by the official Sims Blog, which states, “Our team is more than ever dedicated to developing new and meaningful The Sims 4 experiences for our players, and we will continue to develop and release packs, bundles, and The Sims Delivery Express. falling in the foreseeable future.
