Return to the home screen and tap on the large circle widget. If you have been moving today, the circles may already be slightly filled.

You can check the statistics of each day you have used the app. It will show the “Move”, “Exercise” and “Stop” ring, and when you look at a specific day, it will show you how many steps you have taken as well as how far you have covered. Troubleshooting
