How to buy Sky Glass
Sky glass is now available for order. All you have to do is go to the website, sign up for an account, and follow the steps to choose your plan. You can choose your TV model, TV plan, and add your entertainment subscription (and broadband if you want).
You can buy TV now on Sky Glass website.
Because the TV includes a Sky plan, you can’t buy it through regular retailers like Amazon and Currys.
Sky Glass payment plans
If you want to buy Sky Glass, you need to choose a payment method. You can pay the cost of the TV upfront in one payment or split your contract payment over 24 or 48 months.
Prices have gone up since the TV was first launched, but here’s the cost of each option:
Sky Glass Direct Costs
- 43 inches – £699
- 55 inches – £949
- 65 inches – £1199
Sky Glass contract price for 24 months
- 43″ – £28 per month (£672 total cost)
- 55 inches – £38 per month (total cost £912)
- 65 inches – £48 per month (total cost – £1152)
Sky Glass contract price for 48 months
- 43″ – £14 per month (£672 total cost)
- 55 inches – £19 per month (total cost £912)
- 65 inches – £24 per month (total cost – £1152)
While you’ll save some money overall with contracts, keep in mind that you’ll be tied to this TV in the long run. In addition, a small prepayment is charged for each contract. It’s £20 for 24 month contracts and £10 for 48 month contracts.
Sky Entertainment packages and additional costs
Once you have chosen the size and color of your TV, you need to add the entertainment package. Heaven offers different packages including some with Netflix, some with sports and more.
Packages start at £24 a month and are available on a 31-day rolling contract, so you can switch to something else if you want.

Also, if you want to stream Sky throughout your home to other TVs, then you need a Sky Stream package and a Whole Home subscription. This requires an advance payment of £50 per puck and £12 per month on top of your contract.
It’s worth noting that Ultra HDR and Dolby Atmos are not included in your standard package. You will have to pay an additional £6 per month for this.
If you cancel your Sky entertainment package, the TV could theoretically still work with apps like Netflix or the Freeview antenna/set-top box. However, if you’re tied to monthly TV bills, you’ll still need to stick to them.
