Google Camera motion mode reportedly missing from Pixel 6a

The Google Pixel 6a may be hitting the market soon, as reported at the Google IO 2022 conference starting May 11. While rumors about the features and pricing of the cheaper smartphone are heating up, there are a few rumors that are already making headlines. . It has been reported that the new flagship chipset could compromise some features compared to the Google Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro.

The Pixel 6a may be missing out on an important camera feature, namely Motion Mode, as revealed by developer Cuba Wojciechowski (via XDA Developers). Motion Mode is a feature of the Pixel 6 series that helps still images appear in motion by adding a blur effect to them. This helps to bring the image to life and can be added to the background or to the subject.

While supported by the same chipset as the Pixel 6 and 6 Pro, the new Google Pixel 6A’s camera may share camera setup principles with the Pixel 5a. This may indicate that the new Google Pixel 6A may come with a 12.2MP main camera and a 12MP ultra-wide camera.

While there may not be many details about the smartphone yet, we definitely won’t be upset if we miss out on the drive mode. The Pixel 6a is expected to arrive soon, so the wait for more features may end in the coming days.
