Global variant of Redmi Note 11 4G posted on IMDA and EEC certification sites

Redmi Note 11 4G was recently launched in China. The phone hit the market in November and is powered by the MediaTek Helio G88 SoC. It is now believed that Xiaomi is launching a global variant of the Redmi Note 11 4G. There has been no official announcement from the Chinese tech giant on this matter. However, it looks like a global rollout could happen soon as the Redmi Note 11 4G has reportedly been spotted on IMDA and EEC certification websites.

The IMDA listing, as noted MySmartPrice, is equipped with a Redmi smartphone with model number 2201117SG, which is considered the new Redmi Note 11 4G. The same model number also appeared on the list on the EEC certification website. While these listings do not confirm any specs for the Redmi Note 11 4G, they hint at an imminent global rollout.

The global version of Redmi Note 11 4G has been powered by Snapdragon 680 SoC instead of MediaTek Helio G88 chipset. Unlike the flat-edged Chinese variant, the global version is expected to follow the traditional design of Redmi. It is said to have 128GB of internal storage and up to 8GB of RAM.

The Redmi Note 11 4G is expected to have a 6.5-inch Full-HD + display (1080×2400 pixels). The phone is supposed to have a 5000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging. In addition, this smartphone is expected to support 9W wireless charging and reverse charging.

The rear camera module of the Redmi Note 11 4G is said to be equipped with a triple camera, and in the header is a 50MP main camera. It is believed to be paired with an 8MP ultra-wide and a 2MP macro sensor. It is expected to sport an 8MP selfie camera on the front. Apart from the chipset, the global variant of the Redmi Note 11 4G is considered to be similar in many ways to the Chinese variant.
