Galaxy A53, Google I/O and future foldables

Welcome to the eye of the storm. Last week was full of launches, next week will be full of launches. There has been a (possibly long-awaited) lull this week.
We’ll take a break to talk about the Samsung Galaxy A53, a mid-ranger that looks like an impressive market entry on paper – and wipe the floor with the iPhone SE. But is it all so hyped?
Then we move on to possibly the biggest launch of next week: Google I/O. We’ve talked about this a bit before, but now that Android 13 is in beta, we want to reevaluate what we expect to see from Google, including the latest Pixel 6a and Pixel Watch hardware rumors.
Speaking of: One of those rumors is that we’ll see a Pixel Fold. A lot of new rumors popped up this week, not only with this phone, but with the Galaxy Z Flip 4 and Z Fold 4, Oppo’s new clamshell foldable, Xiaomi’s next foldable, and more. Let’s break down everything we know about the next generation of foldable phones.
