Deals on Pixel 7 Pro, Pixel 6a

If you’re looking to upgrade to a new Google Pixel phone but don’t want to pay full price for the perk, we’ve got you covered with the best Pixel deals.

Even though it took quite some time, Google has finally established itself as a top contender in the world of Android smartphones with the Pixel 7 line offering some incredible features for the price. Add to that the fact that Pixel phones get several years of software and security updates just like the iPhone, and there’s no shortage of reasons why your next smartphone should be a Pixel.

Pixel phones are already known for being cost-effective when you consider the number of features you get for the price, but that doesn’t mean you can’t get an extra discount on your purchase. Whether you’re looking for the flagship Pixel 7 Pro, the Pixel 6 line of yesteryear, or maybe the wallet-friendly Pixel 6a, you can find the deal that’s right for you on this very page.

Which Pixel phone to choose?

With a decent selection of Pixel phones on offer, you’ll be forgiven for being a bit confused about which one is right for you. If your budget allows, we recommend the Pixel 7 line first and foremost as they are the most forward-thinking and up-to-date models, and that’s before we even mention all the new camera features they bring to the table.

If all you want is a low-cost Pixel phone that gives you access to the Google ecosystem at no extra cost, then the Pixel 6a is the way to go in this category. For those in the middle who want flagship-quality features but don’t want to spend as much as the Pixel 7 line asks, either the Pixel 6 or the Pixel 6 Pro is your best bet, both. of which are still great phones but have now dwindled significantly after being replaced.

Should I buy a Pixel or Samsung phone?

For most people looking for a high quality Android phone, the choice usually comes down to either a Pixel device or a Samsung Galaxy phone. The problem here is that with the exception of the Galaxy S22 and S22 Plus, the rest of Samsung’s Galaxy lineup is quite different from the Pixel lineup, so that comparison is inappropriate.

It all comes down to the type of features you use on a daily basis. The Pixel line, for example, uses Google’s Tensor chipsets to get the most out of Google’s apps, so if you’re knee-deep in this ecosystem, we recommend Google’s offering over Samsung’s.

Alternatively, the Galaxy S22 Ultra uses Samsung’s S Pen to offer digital notes that Google phones simply don’t have. Similarly, the Z Flip 4 and Z Fold 4 use foldable technology in different and unique ways, and the Google Pixel Fold is rumored to be out yet.

Should we wait for the Pixel 8?

It’s clear if you should wait for the next mainstream smartphone (from any manufacturer), but in the case of Google, there’s really no need to wait. For starters, the Pixel 7 lineup only came out last October, which means there’s going to be a significant wait time for Google’s follow-up.

On top of that, there’s very little left to wish for in the Pixel 7 lineup at the moment, and thanks to fairly regular feature releases from Google, the latest phones keep getting better over time.
