Company unveils OnePlus Nord 2 design ahead of July 22 launch, triple rear cameras confirmed


The OnePlus Nord 2 design was unveiled by the company ahead of the July 22 India launch. The phone can be seen with a triple rear camera that includes two large sensors and one smaller sensor next to the flash module. The design is pretty much the same as on the leaked renders. The OnePlus Nord 2 5G will be the successor to the OnePlus Nord launched last July. The new model will be the first OnePlus phone to feature a MediaTek SoC.

Oneplus shared Photo showing the design of the back of its upcoming OnePlus Nord 2 on Instagram through your oneplus.nord account. It features a blue back panel with the OnePlus branding in the middle. A vertically aligned triple rear camera can be seen that includes two large sensors and a third smaller sensor next to the flash. That’s pretty much all the design information available on the OnePlus Nord 2.

The phone will launch in India on July 22nd at 7:30 pm. The company will likely host a virtual event that will be streamed live on YouTube and on its website. OnePlus Nord 2 5G was confirmed will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1200-AI SoC, which is an improved version of the standard MediaTek Dimensity 1200. It will have 6.43-inch AMOLED display with 90Hz refresh rate and HDR10 + certification. It will also work OxygenOS 11 out of the box and will receive two major Android updates with three-year security updates.
