5. Fitbit Versa 4 is the best Fitbit for sleep and SpO2 tracking

The Fitbit Versa 4 smartwatch is a complete fitness tracker with built-in GPS and all the activity measurements you could want.

Like all Fitbits, it’s also a great sleep tracker and boasts an automatic sleep mode that automatically detects when you’re sleeping – no need to put it to “sleep” mode like with other trackers.

It measures the duration of sleep and divides it into three stages of sleep: light sleep, deep sleep and REM sleep.

Along with recovery (which measures your sleep heart rate compared to your resting daytime heart rate), it gives you a nighttime sleep score of 100 and details on how to improve your sleep quality.

Like the top Fitbit Sense, the Versa 4 also measures SpO2. SpO2 at night is usually lower than SpO2 during the day, because the respiratory rate is lower on average during sleep.
