Apple Fitness + introduces new ways to motivate people toward their goals with Collections, Time to Run, and more starting January 10th.
New Time to Walk guests and Artist Spotlight workouts also join Fitness +

Each episode consists of inspiring coaching tips led by one of the Fitness + trainers that users know and love, including Emily Fayette, Jamie-Ray Hartshorne, Sam Sanchez, and Scott Carvin, as well as a new running trainer, Cory Wharton-Malcolm.
