Will Smith is not afraid to show that his fitness fails.
After announcing that he was looking to get back in shape, the actor posted a video on Instagram, using the gym equipment in all the wrong ways.
“I try to remember how to use a gym after my forties,” Smith wrote.
In the video, he jokingly tests the hip pushes on a rower, an arm workout on the leg extension machine, and does the splits on a pec platform.
“I heard the burning in places I didn’t even know were posted,” the post titled.
Earlier, the actor had told fans that he was starting a fitness routine after being in it “the worst form of my life.”
“This is the body that brought me through a whole pandemic and countless days going by in the pantry. I love this body, but I want to FEEL better,” Smith wrote.
Fans on social media celebrated Smith’s honesty and “father bod”.
He also shared clips from his ex workouts, All jokes aside, that include a mix of classic weight lifting and bodybuilding movements like squats, presses, diving, curls, and cable exercises.
