“These leaders share a common passion for achieving the highest levels of reliability, quality and safety in healthcare delivery,” President and CEO Jill Hoggard Greene said in a press release. “Using their strengths will accelerate Queen’s goal of becoming a loyal partner to those we serve and ensuring that we continue our mission to improve the health and well-being of Native Hawaiians and all Hawaiians.”
The Queen’s Health System operates 70 facilities, including four hospitals on the islands of Oahu, Molokai and Hawaii. The company positions itself as the largest employer in Hawaii with 10,000 employees.
