In January 2021, Megan Thee Stallion started a new fitness regimen called “Hottie Bootcamp”.
“This trip isn’t necessarily about me losing weight, this trip is about me being healthier overall and seeing how I can transform my body in the healthiest way possible,” Megan said in her first video, adding that he loves fried foods, sugar, and dark liquor.
She posted videos of herself using the elliptical machine, boxing, and doing exercises including deadlifts, squats, side lunges, crunches, and weighted sit-ups.
“This is us tougher — I’ve never done it,” he said after his run of sand dunes. And that was just the cardio warm-up before the continued workout with strength exercises like bent dumbbell strings and squat props.
In addition to working out and eating healthy, Megan said Instagram he drank more water, aiming for a gallon a day.
In the ninth week of her fitness regimen, Megan said her weight had fluctuated a bit due to events like the Grammys, but overall she was losing weight.
And the days she struggles to find motivation, Megan says to herself, “Girl, are you ‘Thee Stallion’ or are you the motherf — ing pony?”
