Megan Thee Stallion has lost weight running sand dunes and Pole Dancing

In January 2021, Megan Thee Stallion started a new fitness regimen called “Hottie Bootcamp”.

The rapper documented his health journey in a YouTube video series, by his last meal deceived to his latest cardio routine that beats the heart.

“This trip isn’t necessarily about me losing weight, this trip is about me being healthier overall and seeing how I can transform my body in the healthiest way possible,” Megan said in her first video, adding that he loves fried foods, sugar, and dark liquor.

Megan’s workouts, led by her personal trainer, were diverse: the 25-year-old did cardio as HIIT (training at high intensity intervals) and strength training as well kettlebell workouts.

She posted videos of herself using the elliptical machine, boxing, and doing exercises including deadlifts, squats, side lunges, crunches, and weighted sit-ups.

In addition to the traditional gym exercises, Megan mixes things up by trying pole dance and also running on sand dunes.

Megan Thee Stallion said running on a sand dune was “the hardest” – she did it.

“This is us tougher — I’ve never done it,” he said after his run of sand dunes. And that was just the cardio warm-up before the continued workout with strength exercises like bent dumbbell strings and squat props.

In addition to working out and eating healthy, Megan said Instagram he drank more water, aiming for a gallon a day.

In the ninth week of her fitness regimen, Megan said her weight had fluctuated a bit due to events like the Grammys, but overall she was losing weight.

And the days she struggles to find motivation, Megan says to herself, “Girl, are you ‘Thee Stallion’ or are you the motherf — ing pony?”
