Amedisys President and COO Chris Gerard will replace Paul Kusserov as CEO effective April 15.
Kusserov will remain the chairman of the board of directors of the company, and Gerard will join the group, according to Amedisys. news release…

Under Kusserov’s leadership, Amedisys added personal care, palliative care, in-home and skilled home care services to its portfolio, and revenues were up 74%, according to the company. In 2021, Amedisys was ranked among the Top Places to Work by Modern Healthcare.
