Update: Similarly, Nintendo removed the digital price from the Zelda: TotK store page. Expect price disclosure later. You can see how the page looked before in our story below. In related developments by GameStop, Best Buy and Amazon, apparently updated their playlists and are no longer accepting pre-orders.

Original: Over the past day, Nintendo has been incredibly busy with its finances and the Direct announcement, and on top of that, it has also been updating its digital storefronts.

Many Nintendo enthusiasts have noticed that The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom digital store page has just been updated. In particular, the price of the game is now listed as $69.99. Here’s a look (via Nintendo.com):

Notably, this is $10 more than other Nintendo games (such as Breath of the Wild), which typically cost $59.99 digitally, and there are retailers who still offer a physical copy of the game for about the same price.

If this is a new digital price, it is essentially following the trend of other gaming companies over the past year that have increased the prices of their own games.
