There are two enemies in the village dressed in torn blue robes with a dagger, and these are the only two enemies worth killing here. You can fight other cultists, which can quit either Cleaver Celebrant or Celebrant Rib Rakebut it’s the dagger you need to get the runes. (It’s worth noting that other Celebrant weapons also give you runes..) While the Sickle of Celebrant does have a 0.5% drop chance, meaning you’ll spend some time farming it, there’s a Site of Grace right in front of the outpost. So, all you have to do is get into this place of grace, kill the two blue-clad cultists, and repeat until you get it.

Hot Sword of Magma

Further Magma Blade, a curved sword with a one percent chance of being dropped. It’s not that strong, only dealing 96 physical damage per attack. However, its meager attack stat is made up for by the flashy sword weapon skill: Magma Shower, which spits huge pools of lava onto the floor, dealing continuous ticks of fire damage to the enemy. That alone makes it a pretty useful weapon, even if it’s actually quite frustrating to fight.
