Xbox Mentor Program Launches: Register Now

Xbox is pleased to announce the official start Xbox Mentor Program aims to partner women in gaming careers across a variety of Xbox studios and products with emerging talent.

Launched on International Women’s Day, the Xbox Mentor Program gives you access to valuable one-on-one coaching sessions with key leaders in select markets such as the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland. , Japan and Korea with additional markets.

If you are aspiring to a gaming career and live in the above regions, please register below for Xbox Mentor in your country and be able to access their coaching session. Applications are accepted from now until April 6, 2022.

Venessa’s role in The Coalition is to bring teams together to develop cohesive storytelling between gameplay, cutscenes, and cutscenes to create a unified experience for players. She designs the framework to make the best games, engage the right people in the right conversations, and do everything to put all the pieces together for an epic end result.

As Business Lead for Xbox Australia and New Zealand, Tanya is responsible for the growth of the gaming platform business in the Tasmanian Peninsula. Tanya’s career spans over 20 years in Australia and the UK, from IT start-ups to running Microsoft’s gaming, consumer software and office business through the retail channel.
Tanya joined Team Xbox in 2008 in the UK and moved into the Australian business in 2011, running the Xbox subscription business, focusing on subscriber growth and app launches for key partners on the platform. In addition to the success of multiple console generations and launches, Tanya was announced as the head of Xbox ANZ in 2018 after ten years with the brand.

With a master’s degree in business analysis, Mi has expanded her knowledge and skills in the areas of the consumer market, market analysis/research and user experience, as well as stories that define customer requirements and needs. Always looking for a new challenge, she enjoys working in a challenging environment and is willing to learn new things every day.

Boyoung is the communications manager at Xbox and leads market communications in Korea and Japan. She is experienced in communications with deep regional experience in corporate reputation management, issues and crisis communications. Having received her Masters in Social Policy from the London School of Economics, Boyun has gained an excellent understanding of planning and executing communications campaigns, as well as regional digital and social media marketing strategies. She has more than 10 years of experience in hardware companies Lenovo, Google and a German startup.
